Most of the corporate have encouraged or required some portion of their employees to work from home as a precautionary measure to help mitigate the spread of COVID-19 since the end of January. Many businesses are, however, unaware of the necessity of creating a smart workplace. They were unprepared, either culturally or logistically. or both.
